FAQs

How do we schedule a tour?

We are so excited you’re considering joining our TLVP family, in order to schedule a tour, please feel free to call us at (408) 412-8655.

What are tuition rates?

We would love to give you tuition information during one of our scheduled tours.

What will my child need on their first day?

  • A family picture (this will help with separation)

  • Bedding for a nap (this includes: a fitted crib sheet, and a blanket)

  • Sunscreen

  • Lunch and Water bottle (labeled and needed daily)

Do you use Daily Reports?

We sure do! There is nothing better than knowing what your child is up to all day. At TLVP we use an app called Brightwheel that will allow you to keep up with your child’s day as events and activities are entered into the system.

How does my non-refundable deposit work?

That’s a great question! Your non-refundable deposit is 50% of your first month’s tuition. This amount is due at the time of enrollment and will go toward your child’s first month’s tuition.

What is inclusion?

Here at The Little Village Preschool, we’re so excited to be able to help meet the needs of so many children within our community. Inclusion within the classroom is an opportunity for children to share learning opportunities and experiences with children who have varying abilities.

What meals do you provide?

We provide morning and afternoon snacks. Families will need to provide a nutritional lunch for their child. Snack menus will be posted monthly in the reception area.

Do you accept subsidized care?

We do! These spaces are limited, so please see our director to see if there are any subsidized spaces available.

Do you do daily cleaning?

We do daily cleaning throughout the daily with a bleach and water mixture. At the end of every day, we spray all toys, surfaces, and furniture with disinfectant and sanitizer. To help limit the spread of Covid-19, TLVP will be following all CDC and State Licensing regulations in terms of ratios, personal protective equipment, and sanitization of toys and equipment daily. If your child or a family member comes in contact with Covid, we ask that you contact the school for TLVP to take the proper next steps.
